Orders shipped from the UK may be subject to customs charges, import taxes, duties, or courier handling fees depending on the destination country.

United States

Good news — all customs duties and import charges for USA orders are covered by us.

You should not need to pay any additional customs fees on delivery for standard USA shipments.

Australia

Good news — Customs fees rarely apply to orders under $1000 AUD, however orders over this value are more likely to incur customs fees.

Canada & Rest of the World

Orders shipped to other international destinations (including Canada) are not currently shipped with duty-paid. This means local import taxes, customs duties, and courier administration fees may apply when the parcel arrives in your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

We ship internationally from the United Kingdom (UK).
