Can I specify a delivery date?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept requests for orders to be dispatched or delivered on specific dates, as we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day.

When placing your order, after selecting your delivery address and shipping service, you will be shown:

• An estimated dispatch date for your order
• An estimated delivery date to your chosen address

Please note, these dates are estimates only. Orders are often dispatched earlier than expected and couriers may also deliver ahead of schedule.  

There are also occasions where unforeseen delays in production, dispatch, customs processing, or courier networks can occasionally result in deliveries arriving later than the estimated dates provided.
