How do I track my order? (International)

When opting for our standard shipping from the UK to an international address, your parcel will be sent using EVRI International. However, your parcel will be handled by more than one courier during its journey.

How Tracking Works

Your parcel’s main international journey can usually be tracked via Evri here.

This tracking page typically shows:

  • Collection and export from the UK
  • International transit updates
  • Customs processing
  • Arrival in the destination country

Why Is There a Second Tracking Number?

Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, EVRI / GlobalEco will hand it to a local delivery partner for the final part of the journey (“last-mile delivery”).

At this stage, the tracking page will often display:

  • A second tracking number (look for 'Carrier Tracking')
  • A direct link to the local courier’s tracking page (look for 'View More Tracking' button)
  • In-country / local Carrier name (look for 'Carrier')

This is completely normal for international deliveries.

Which Courier Will Deliver My Parcel?

The local delivery partner can vary depending on:

  • Destination country/region
  • Parcel type
  • Routing and network availability

Because of this we usually do not know in advance which courier will handle the final delivery stage.

For the most accurate updates:

  • Track the parcel using the main GlobalEco tracking page
  • Check for any secondary/local tracking number once the parcel reaches the destination country

It’s normal for tracking updates to appear on multiple systems during international shipping.

The local courier’s own tracking page may sometimes show more detailed delivery updates once the parcel is in-country.
